Accommondation

All teams will be accommodated in the Marissa Resort in Lembruch, a modern and comfortable resort located near the tournament venue. he Marissa Resort in Lembruch offers modern and comfortable accommodations with excellent amenities for all guests. Each lodging includes free WiFi, a private kitchen, and a washing machine, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. The Houses (Category S) provide an additional luxury with a private sauna, while all guests have free access to the resort’s sauna area and swimming pool. A rich breakfast buffet is available daily, and multiple dining options within the resort cater to different tastes. Accreditation

The exact dates and process for accreditation will be announced soon.

- Required Documents:

• Service ID (Dienstausweis)
• Passport or National ID Card (with photo)

- Usage & Regulations:

• Accreditation must be worn at all times during the event.
• It is mandatory for access to the stadium, training facilities, and catering areas.

Award ceremonies

All award ceremonies will take place after the last final in the Heinz-Dettmer-Stadion (field 1). Special awards for the best players will be presented at the closing ceremony

Check-In/ Check-Out

Check-In: The exact check-in time is still to be confirmed. Further details will be provided as soon as possible.

 Check-Out: must take place by 09:00 am on 23.06.2025 

Closing event: The Closing event will take place on the 22.06.2025 in the Yilmaz Saalbetrieb, Diepholzer Str. 41, 49393 Lohne (Oldenburg).

Doping test are carried out by the external company 

Drinks

Free drinks will be served during the meals at Yilmaz Saalbetrieb. On the competition days, minderal water in recyclable platsic bottles/ crates will be available free of charge for the athletes and the team of helpers in the stadium. Other drinks ordered by guests must be paid for by themeselves.

At the Marissa Resort, you can find "Daily’s", a small shop offering a variety of everyday essentials, drinks,snacks, and other useful items for your stay.

During the event, first ais will be provided in the stadiums. In addition, you can contact the scout at any time if you have special medical needs in the form of specialists.

Jerseys

Each team must have at least two sets of jersey in different colors. The jerseys will be determined at the technical meeting the evening before.

Laundry service

A dedicated laundry service is not provided, as each accommodation is equipped with its own washing machine. Teams are responsible for handling their own laundry during their stay.

Lunch
Lunch will be provided daily at Yilmaz Saalbetrieb, located at Diepholzer Str. 41, 49393 Lohne (Oldenburg).

 Lunch Time Slots:

• Group 2: from 12:00 PM
• Group 1: from 1:30 PM

 Dinner:

• Served between 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

 Access to lunch and dinner is only possible with accreditation.

Opening ceremony
The opening ceremony for the 4th european Women's Football Police Championship will take place on Monday, 16.06.2025, at 5:00 PM at the Plaza in the Marissa Resort. To ensure a smooth and punctual start, all teams are required to arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM.

• Entry of all teams: One official per team should march in wearing the respective national uniform. The other members of the delegations wear tracksuits. The scouts will act as bearers of the repective national shield and will also waer an uniform.

Parking
At the stadium, designated parking spaces are available for all attendees.

Each accommodation at the Marissa Resort has its own private parking space. Additionally, there is a large parking area located in front of the resort for any additional vehicles.
